Big Picture Assessment

This is where you'll get it all out on the table and get really clear about where you've been and where you're going. In this questionnaire, you'll identify goals, dreams, and values, but also what you've done so far, what's not working, where you get stuck, and what materials you need. It's a in-depth questionnaire that you'll fill out and then we'll review together to make sure we can put together the right plan for your business and your life.

Strategy Sessions: 12 Week Sprint

In our weekly 45 minute calls, we'll get down to business and put the plan into action. Based on the priorities and goals you identified in the Big Picture Assessment, this is where we talk through your questions, struggles, and next steps. We'll come up with a working plan for the coming week, and then divide and conquer, coming away with actionable steps for each of us to take before our next call. This "initial sprint" is designed to get some major momentum going in the first 90 days of our work together. We'll have 3 weekly calls in a row, followed by an "implementation week" to work.

Online Booster & Tech Tutorials

Depending on where you're at, we'll dive into the specifics of your online presence, to add the "spit & polish" it needs. This might include updating your website copy, or overhauling your Instagram feed. It might be writing and designing blog posts or opt-ins. It could be setting up an email marketing platform and getting your initial automated emails ready to roll. We'll identify the top three priorities for your online presence and I'll help you do the dang thing (examples below)! Feedback videos and tech tutorials are part of the process so you can take control of these systems and platforms going forward.

• Social media platform set-up and scheduling

Collaboration Documents

To stay on track, we'll share a Google Docs folder with call notes, planning and tracking spreadsheets, to-do lists, homework documents, and more. This way we'll stay in clear communication throughout a project, and be able to give feedback with ease. Plus, we'll clearly be able to see where our efforts are paying off and what needs more attention. You'll get a clear understanding of which actions are effective, what you need to do next, and how you can plan for the future.

Strategy Sessions: The Marathon

After we complete the first three month sprint, we'll keep checking in, strategizing, and tweaking to ensure you're hitting your goals, making big moves, and getting more clients. Our marathon sessions take place over a minimum of 3 months, where we'll have calls twice a month to make time for both strategy and implementation, as well as shared feedback documents and email for support. This is where the the magic really happens because when you have the time and space to see what's working, tweak and adjust, and get it right.     

Branded Photoshoot

At some point during our time together, you’ll ship me your products or we’ll get together in person (travel not included) and we’ll create some gorgeous images for your website and social media channels. I could write more here, but as they say, a photo is worth a thousand words!
