For leaders and leadership teams who are ready to transform their organization
so they can hit their goals, make a bigger impact, and actually enjoy doing it.
Houston, we have a problem.
You are a capable, resourceful, and whip-smart leader who is good at getting things done, but your plate is full.
You want to help develop and support your team but finding time in the day to actually put together a plan is tricky. There’s always a pressing issue that requires your attention, so the bigger picture topics of cultural and leadership development can get pushed to the back burner.
In the short term, it’s not a huge deal. But over time, you know that not proactively addressing these issues could become a much bigger problem down the line….As they say, it’s easier to prevent a forest fire than it is to put one out.
Is there an easy button?
Well, not exactly. But you know that with the right guidance and structure for cultivating leadership skills with your team (based on your specific situation) you could really gain traction fast!
Whether you’re looking to ensure that your company retreat is a success, or you’re working to implement a series of training over the course of several months, you would love help to get clear on what you most need to focus on so it has the most impact.
Ideally, you’d just braindump everything that is and isn’t working and what your team really needs, and voila!—you’d get the structure for how to create an amazing experience that will help to develop your leadership team in a super powerful and approachable way.
This is where I come in.
After working in numerous start-ups, teaching leadership courses, freelancing for Fortune 500 companies, and coaching entrepreneurs at all levels, I’ve seen what works and what doesn’t when it comes to leadership.
I work with leaders who are ready to not only become the best versions of themselves but to bring that opportunity to their entire team, too.
I help them identify their team’s needs, and guide them through creating a program that cultivates brave, kind, and effective leaders who actually love their jobs, too.
“The responsibility of leadership is not to come up with all the ideas. The responsibility of leadership is to create an environment in which great ideas can thrive.”
Here’s how this usually goes:
Big Picture Overview:
First, let’s figure out where you’re at and what you need. Typically this looks like:
Meeting with your leadership team
Clarifying your goals and desired outcomes
Assessing strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities within the organization/department
Digging into the Details:
Next, we’ll take a look at the best ways to meet those goals:
Deciding on the format (ongoing workshops, in-person retreat, 1-on-1 executive coaching, etc.)
Focusing the work on 1-3 key themes
Building out the detailed outline of how to deliver the program (assessments, homework/pre-event reading, group activities, etc.)
Show Time!
Time to make it happen:
I can facilitate the program/event, or create the structure so that you can take it and run with it
There will be post-program assignments and reflections to deepen the learning and keep it going
Let’s help your team improve how they lead themselves and lead others, so you can all go farther, faster, and have some fun doing it.
