For leaders who are ready to hone their leadership skills to hit their goals, make a bigger impact, improve their organization, and actually enjoy doing it.

Houston, we have a problem.

You are a capable, resourceful, and whip-smart leader who is good at getting things done, but your plate is full.

You want to develop your skills so you can better support your team… but finding time in the day to actually put together a plan is tricky. There’s always a pressing issue that requires your attention, so the bigger picture topics of communication, organization, and leadership development can get pushed to the back burner.

In the short term, it’s not a huge deal. But over time, you know that not proactively addressing these issues could become a much bigger problem down the line….As they say, it’s easier to prevent a forest fire than it is to put one out.

Is there an easy button?

Well, not exactly. But you know that with the right guidance and structure for cultivating leadership skills (based on your specific situation) you could really gain traction fast!

Whether you’re looking to improve communication with your team or become more efficient in your day-to-day actions, you would love help in getting clear on what shifts will make the biggest impact.

Ideally, you’d just braindump everything that is and isn’t working and what your team really needs, and voila!—you’d get the structure for how to better communicate, become more proactive (instead of reactive), and lead with efficiency and grace.

This is where I come in.

After working in numerous start-ups, teaching leadership courses, freelancing for Fortune 500 companies, and coaching entrepreneurs at all levels, I’ve seen what works and what doesn’t when it comes to leadership.

I work with leaders who are ready to become the best versions of themselves to lead with more ease and effectiveness so that their entire team benefits, too.

I help them identify their team’s needs, and guide them through creating a leadership style that cultivates a brave, kind, and effective approach to hitting big goals.

The responsibility of leadership is not to come up with all the ideas. The responsibility of leadership is to create an environment in which great ideas can thrive.
— Simon Sinek

Here’s how this usually goes:

Big Picture Overview:

[90-minute kick-off call]

First, let’s figure out where you’re at and what you need. Typically this looks like:

  • Exploring what your big leadership challenges are currently

  • Clarifying your goals and desired outcomes for your role

  • Assessing your leadership style and tendencies, as well as your personal values

Digging into the Details:

[3 months of coaching, 3x per month]

Next we’ll get into the day-to-day adjustments and debriefs:

  • We'll figure out what's working, what needs improvement, where you keep bumping your head

  • You'll work through the issues that are keeping you stuck and get clear on your plan for growth.

  • We’ll debrief communications that went sideways, and prepare for how to do it better next time

  • After each session together, you'll have clear actions to take and deadlines to keep you accountable and on track to reach your goals.

Ongoing Support:

[Unlimited support on Voxer]

For the in-between session situations:

  • Voxer (a free voice messaging/texting app) allows you to get spot coaching in between our calls. This means when you get stuck and we don’t have a session for another 5 days, just hit record and we’ll talk it out so you keep making progress.

Self-Leadership Library:

[7 Modules of Curriculum]

  • You’ll have access to self-leadership exercises, videos, and audio content to explore on your own. There’s no deadlines for this work, it’s simply meant as a supplemental support as you need it.

Investment: $3000
