From the part of your that is your leader, your inner wise woman, feel into what you truly want.

There are a number of ways you can start to get in touch with what you really want, so allow yourself to just explore a little bit at a time. As much as we want answers to come right away (and sometimes they do!), often it takes us getting quiet and having the patience to really listen.

There are a lot of exercises here. Don’t feel the need to rush or do them all at once. Start with the first two audios, then allow yourself to play with the other exercises as you want to.

Feelings Vision Board [ Creative Homework ]

You’ve probably done a vision board before at some point. But instead of doing another vision board where you cut out photos of a beautiful kitchen or a nice new car, this time create a vision board that is all about how you want to feel. What images convey how you want to feel? What’s the essence of that feeling? What’s the mood, the vibe, the colors, the energy? What does that feeling look like?

As you think about this next version of yourself that you’re becoming, what’s the feeling of her?

Put on some good tunes, scroll Pinterest or Unsplash.com and see what images help you connect to the feeling you want to step into.

Journal Prompts [ Creative Homework]

What is my version of a full, rich life?

What would I want if I didn’t have to tell a soul? How is it different than what I say I want now?

When do I feel most like myself?

Where do I limit my desires?

What feels like pure joy to me?

What is my heart wanting for me?

What past desires am I letting go of?

What fills me up?

WORDS

Mindful

Every day
I see or hear
something
that more or less

kills me
with delight,
that leaves me
like a needle

in the haystack
of light.
It was what I was born for -
to look, to listen,

to lose myself
inside this soft world -
to instruct myself
over and over

in joy,
and acclamation.
Nor am I talking
about the exceptional,

the fearful, the dreadful,
the very extravagant -
but of the ordinary,
the common, the very drab,

the daily presentations.
Oh, good scholar,
I say to myself,
how can you help

but grow wise
with such teachings
as these -
the untrimmable light

of the world,
the ocean's shine,
the prayers that are made
out of grass?
