What structures need to be in place to help you be at your best?

Once you start to get clear about what you want, the actions you’re going to take, and the inner leader who’s in charge of getting you there, it’s important to put structures in place to help you keep those desires and visions at the forefront. Protecting your energy is key and something we often forget about until we’re burnt out.

This module is all about exploring how you’re currently using your energy, what is energizing and what is draining for you, and what boundaries you might need to establish so that you can cultivate the energy you really want.

Energy is defined as the “ability to do work, which is the ability to exert a force causing displacement of an object.” Despite this confusing definition, its meaning is very simple: energy is just the force that causes things to move.

When you have all of your energy you can do big things. When you’re running on empty, it will feel impossible to gain momentum because you don’t have the force to create it. So, here’s your invitation to utilize and protect your energy with great intention, like your life depends on it—because it kind of does!
