How can you embrace your unique style?
You have a particular brilliance. A particular way of being that is uniquely your own. And the reason it’s so brilliant is simply that it’s your own. You don’t have to do it like anyone else. In fact, it would be a letdown if you did!
This module is all about creating awareness around your style—the characteristics, traits, strengths, and tendencies—that allow you to show up and lead exactly the way you do. Turning up the volume on your unique style becomes even easier and more magnetic when you FULLY lean into your way of doing things instead of chasing tactics, strategies, and approaches that don’t come naturally to you.
So, here’s to gathering information and insights about how you do your best work so that you can lean into what’s working even more. When you embrace your style, it feels like riding a bike downhill (wheeeeeee!), instead of peddling up the hill.

What can I give myself permission to lean into more fully?
What do I know that works (but I sometimes doubt)?
How would I do things if I could just do it “my way?”
How can I let myself be “too much?” What if that’s actually a gift?

FOOD FOR THOUGHT
“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, 'Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?' Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.”
