I had conversations with three different business owners this week basically all around "what should I say in ____ situation?" And I found it interesting when I gave essentially the same answer for every one. 

They asked things like: 

How do I network without asking the same boring questions?

How do I talk to a client who’s upset with me?

How do I do a better job of my initial discovery calls with clients?

For me, it almost always comes back to curiosity. Here are a few prompts and questions to ask to tap into the "curiosity cure."
